 We operate out of eight delivery centers in India. Our IT services are housed in Chennai, at Raheja Towers; a prime commercial development in the heart of the city. Our BPO services (Sundaram Business Services) are delivered out of Six centers: Four in Chennai, one in Madurai and one in Mumbai.
Our facilities have the capacity for over 2,000 FTEs and adhere to global security, health and safety standards. In addition, we have the ability to scale up rapidly due to the backing of the Sundaram Finance group, giving us access to spare capacity and infrastructure facilities of the group.
 Our primary BPO delivery center is situated in Chennai and is a state of the art 42,000 sq.ft facility situated in the heart of the city. With easy access to one of the largest and most important arterial roads in the city (Anna Salai), this location offers ready access to the international and domestic airports as well as commercial and residential areas.
The interiors of the facility have been designed to provide a clean, healthy, safe and pleasant working environment. Working areas for agents are spacious and well laid out to support team working. The premises are completely air-conditioned with 24-hour power back up and designed to provide adequate natural lighting to minimize strain to the eye.
The premises have the necessary safety systems to protect against accidents as well as adequate security (24x7 security and entry monitored through access controls). We have a robust communication infrastructure including secure access through the Internet, and dedicated leased-lines.
