Responsibilities	Design Evaluation, Project work breakdown and Estimation; Schedule design, development, testing, Integration and documentation. Team Building and Mentoring Customer Interaction Ensure quality output. Ensure adherence to aggressive delivery schedules.
Experience	Minimum 8 yrs of experience in Software Development with the previous 2 years at least at managerial level Should have been associated at least with one Project Lifecycle completely
